How AI picks the best moments
First, speech is transcribed word by word and frames are described: what is visible and where the face is. The director then gets one script — what is said, what is shown and where the pauses are — and picks segments that form a story with a strong start and a complete ending.
Footage without speech and photos become cutaways where they are mentioned.
